SolanaRWA (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by Genai Pty Ltd, is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use solanarwa.tax (the “Service”).

1. Information We Collect

Wallet Addresses. When you connect a Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare, or any compatible adapter), you provide public wallet addresses so we can scan for RWA token holdings. These addresses are public blockchain data.

Subscription & Payment Data. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we store your wallet address, subscription tier, plan type, and payment transaction signatures. For credit/debit card payments processed by Stripe, we do not store your card details — Stripe handles this directly.

Asset & Income Records. When you register assets, record income events, or generate depreciation schedules, this data is stored in our database and associated with your wallet address.

Performance Caching. We temporarily cache blockchain and price data to improve performance. This cached data does not contain personal information.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

  • Personal identification (name, email address, phone number)
  • Private keys or seed phrases
  • Access to your funds or ability to move your assets
  • Tracking cookies or third-party marketing data

3. Non-Custodial Service

SolanaRWA is a non-custodial service. Your private keys never leave your wallet application. We cannot access, move, or control your SOL, tokens, or any tokenized assets. All assets remain 100% under your control at all times.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use wallet addresses and associated data exclusively to:

  • Scan for RWA token holdings across supported protocols
  • Display portfolio valuations, income history, and depreciation schedules
  • Generate tax reports (CSV and PDF exports)
  • Manage subscription status and payment verification
  • Fetch current token prices for auto-valuation

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide functionality:

  • Helius — Solana RPC provider for blockchain queries
  • Jupiter — Token price data
  • CoinGecko — Market price data
  • Stripe — Credit/debit card payment processing
  • Google Analytics (GA4) — Anonymous usage analytics to understand how the Service is used (page views, feature adoption). No personally identifiable information is sent to Google. You can opt out via browser extensions or device-level ad tracking settings
  • Vercel Speed Insights — Anonymous performance monitoring (page load times)

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use functional cookies necessary for the Service to operate (e.g., session management). We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymous usage data such as page views, feature interactions, and general traffic patterns. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We do not use marketing cookies or sell data to third parties.

7. Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure database access, and rate limiting. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights & Data Deletion

Since we identify you solely by your wallet address and do not collect personal identification, you can effectively “delete your account” by disconnecting your wallet. You also have the right to request permanent deletion of all data associated with your wallet address, including registered assets, income records, depreciation schedules, subscription history, and portfolio snapshots. To request data deletion, visit our Data Deletion page or email us at support@solanarwa.tax. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
